We were delighted with the fantastic customer service at Green Lake Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging for someone who could speak English when needed. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful park and lake view, and had access to a private lounge with delicious snacks and drinks. The hotel's location along the lake and park was perfect for leisurely walks. The live music in the lobby in the evening created a lovely atmosphere. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.
